How UK Superstore works

We're a personal shopping service, not a shop. You choose what you want from any UK retailer we track, we buy it on your behalf, and we ship it to you as one parcel.

    Browse and compare

    Search across every UK retailer we track. When two shops stock the same item we show you both prices and always source from the cheaper one.

    Build one basket

    Mix items from Boots, Primark, Toolstation and anywhere else. You pay a single delivery fee no matter how many shops your order spans.

    We buy on your behalf

    Our buyers purchase each item at the price the retailer is charging. The price you see already includes our 10% service charge and the share of UK VAT we recover and pass back to you — nothing is added to the goods at checkout.

    Choose how tax is handled

    Prepay VAT and duty at checkout so your parcel clears customs untouched, or pay the postal operator on delivery. We show you both costs before you decide.

    One parcel, tracked

    Everything is consolidated at our UK hub and shipped together. You get tracking as soon as it leaves.
