Delivery & duties
Delivery
We ship to 213 countries. Everything you order is consolidated into a single tracked parcel and charged once, however many retailers it spans — so adding a second item to an order costs far less than placing a second order.
Delivery is priced from the carrier's own rate card by the weight and size of the finished parcel, and sold to you at cost.
Our minimum shipping fee is €4.95
Good to know: the more items you buy, the more discount we provide on your shipping fee. Larger baskets potentially benefit from free shipping.

Change your destination in the header to price another country. Your basket shows the exact figure for what's actually in it. Bulky-but-light items are charged on the space they take up rather than what they weigh, which is how every carrier prices freight.
VAT and duty
Goods leaving the UK are exports, and arriving in your country they are imports. That means import VAT — and usually a customs duty — falls due on arrival. How that works depends on where you are.
European Union
Below €150.00 in goods you can prepay at checkout. We collect the import VAT and remit it under our Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) registration, and we collect a flat customs clearance charge for declaring the parcel. It clears customs automatically and arrives with nothing to pay.
Avoids your postal operator's handling fee.
Or decline it and settle with the postal operator on delivery — they collect the import VAT themselves, and add a handling fee of their own for doing so.
Everywhere else
Parcels are sent duties unpaid. Your national customs authority assesses what is owed from the declaration on the parcel, and the carrier collects it before delivery.
We deliberately don't estimate that figure. Allowances and rates differ by country and by what's in the box, and a confident guess that turns out wrong is worse than no guess at all — your customs website is the reliable source.
What makes up an EU import charge
- Import VAT
- Your own country's VAT rate, charged on the goods plus delivery. This is the amount we remit under our IOSS registration when you prepay; it is the same amount your postal operator would collect from you if you don't.
- Customs clearance charge — flat €3.00 per product type
- Charged per type of product in the parcel, not per item. A parcel with seven items that fall into three product types is charged three times, so buying more of the same thing never adds to it. This is our charge for classifying and declaring the consignment, and it is shown as its own line before you pay.
- Customs duty
- Consignments of €150.00 or less in goods value are relieved of EU customs duty, so none is charged. Above that, prepayment is not available under the scheme at all: your own customs authority assesses the consignment and the postal operator collects whatever is due on delivery.
Where we don't ship
A small number of countries are excluded — those under comprehensive international sanctions, and those where we can't reasonably assess whether a parcel would arrive. We also can't ship within the United Kingdom, since that's where we buy. The destination list at checkout is the authoritative one: if a country isn't in it, we can't currently serve it.
